At Back To Nature Herbs and Wellness, your satisfaction is very important to us. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review the following guidelines so you know exactly what to expect.

Standard Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused and in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, please contact us at backtonatureherbs.lr@gmail.com for approval. Once your request is approved, returns should be shipped within 30 days to: 201 West Main St, Suite 302, Murfreesboro, TN 

Be sure to include a note with your order number, the item(s) being returned, and whether you’re requesting an exchange or a refund. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to address the issue quickly and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care items (that have been opened or used)

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you’d like is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
